Carson City, NV (September 7, 2020) – On Friday afternoon, September 4, a car crash that caused injuries took place on a roadway in Carson City.
Though few details have been released, the accident occurred around 1:39 p.m. on Research Way. Police have not yet confirmed the circumstances of the accident but it is believed that two vehicles collided on the roadway in the area, leading to severe damages.
First responders including fire crews and paramedics were dispatched to the scene of the accident to assist those with injuries. The extent of the injuries has not yet been revealed but one or more victims sustained injuries and were hospitalized.
Police worked to clear the roadway in the area for an extended period of time. They urged motorists to seek alternate routes and use caution in the area.
