Gardnerville, NV (February 23, 2021) – Around 10 a.m. on Tuesday morning, February 23, one person was killed in a fatal collision in Gardnerville.

According to officials, the accident took place on US-395 around the area of Courtland Lane and China Springs Road. The accident involved three vehicles, which collided in the area due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved were badly damaged as a result.

Paramedics and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident. One person, who has not yet been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. It is not known if any other parties were injured.

The roadway was blocked in several lanes until police were able to clear the scene by 2 p.m.

The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
