Bus Accidents in Nevada
Buses are some of the largest modes of transportation on our roads in Nevada. Because of this, drivers are supposed to follow all rules of the road and be specially trained to operate these vehicles. Thousands of people are injured as a result of bus accidents every year in the U.S. and Nevada is no stranger to these accidents. Buses are known for being common carriers, which means that they are supposed to get passengers from one place to another for a fee without causing them harm in any way. If you have been hurt in a bus crash and wonder where you can turn, you should speak with an attorney who has your best interests in mind.
Moving forward after a bus accident is not always an easy thing to do. It is natural to have a wide array of questions that you cannot answer on your own, such as the following:
- What evidence do you need to show that one or more parties are at fault for your accident?
- What deadlines will you be required to meet when it comes to moving forward with a claim?
- Will your case be settled or will it go all the way to trial?
These are questions that you can answer when you speak with a knowledgeable Reno personal injury attorney.
