Reno, NV (November 8, 2021) – At 6:50 a.m. on Thursday morning, November 4, a pedestrian accident led to the fatality of another person in Reno.
According to Reno Police, the accident happened at 1900 Terminal Way near the area of Plumb Lane. A pedestrian was walking in the area when they were struck by a passenger vehicle near the intersection. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated when the police arrived.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. The pedestrian, who has not yet been identified, was seriously injured in the accident. They were transported to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
Due to the severity of the crash, the roadway was blocked until approximately 10 a.m.
No further details have been released. The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
