Reno, NV (December 11, 2020) – On Thursday evening, December 10, a pedestrian accident with injuries occurred at a Reno intersection.

Police confirmed that an unidentified pedestrian was crossing the street at the intersection of Plumb Lane and Kietzke Lane in Reno at an unknown time. They were suddenly struck by a passenger vehicle traveling through the area.

Paramedics and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the collision. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Their current condition is not yet known.

The driver who struck the pedestrian remained at the scene. They have been cooperating with the police.

No further details have been released but the investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
