Reno, NV (June 29, 2022) – Around 4:30 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, June 29, a rollover accident with injuries took place in Reno.
According to officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Thomas Creek Drive around the area of Fellowship Way and Rock Haven Drive. A driver was traveling in the area at high speeds when they lost control of their vehicle. The vehicle went off the side of the road and rolled over, sustaining extensive damage.
Several local responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. Three people were found inside the vehicle and had to be extricated by fire crews. The parties were transported to local hospitals for treatment. Two suffered from moderate injuries and one was left in critical condition. Their identities and current conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for several hours as police worked to clear the scene.
No further details have been released. Reno Police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the collision.
