Reno, NV (May 27, 2021) – On Wednesday night, May 26, a serious motorcycle collision occurred on a roadway in Reno.

According to Reno Police, the accident happened on the Mill Street off-ramp onto I-580. Two people were riding on a motorcycle in the area when it was suddenly struck by a passenger vehicle. Police confirmed that the crash happened due to a right-of-way issue.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene. A man and a woman on the motorcycle were both taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.

The driver of the car that struck the motorcycle remained at the scene.

No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing at this time.
