Sparks, NV (June 16, 2021) – At 3 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 16, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Sparks.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of North McCarran Boulevard and Sullivan Lane. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The intersection was blocked for a period of time as police cleared the scene.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
