Minden, NV (February 18, 2021) – On Tuesday afternoon, February 16, a four-vehicle crash with injuries took place at an intersection in Minden.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the accident took place at the intersection of US-395 and Airport Road. The accident was deemed a chain-reaction collision and a pickup truck ended up becoming embedded into the back of a plumbing van as a result. The vehicles were all badly damaged as a result of the crash.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the crash. A total of three victims were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment. The injured victims are expected to recover.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues at this time.
