Pedestrian Accidents in Nevada
Pedestrian accidents are known for being some of the most horrific accidents on our roads that are capable of causing some of the most catastrophic harm. This is due to the fact that pedestrians have no protection from harm and can be severely harmed in the event of an accident. Between the years 2008 and 2017, it is estimated that over 600 people were killed as a result of pedestrian accidents in the state of Nevada. If you have lost somebody you love in a collision due to the negligence of another party, it is important that you have the skilled assistance of an accident attorney.
Reno pedestrian accidents happen every month within the state and lead to serious results. Many drivers who cause pedestrian accidents will later tell police that they never even saw the pedestrian until it was too late, especially when these accidents occur at intersections. Pedestrians have the right-of-way on our roads, which is why drivers are always supposed to keep an eye out for these vulnerable parties so that these accidents can be prevented.
