Reno, NV (December 4, 2020) – On Friday afternoon, December 4, a motorcycle accident with injuries took place at a Reno intersection.

According to the Reno Police Department, the accident occurred at the intersection of Double Diamond Parkway and South Meadows Parkway when a vehicle and a motorcycle collided with one another. Police quickly discovered that the vehicle did not yield the right-of-way, causing the collision.

The motorcyclist, who has not been identified, was the only person injured as a result of the accident. They were taken to the hospital but are expected to recover.

The driver of the vehicle was not injured and remained at the scene of the accident. They were cited for the accident.

The road was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.

No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
