Reno, NV - Tree Worker Electrocuted on Jasper Ln

Reno, NV (April 15, 2022) – On Tuesday, April 12th, local police were dispatched to a fatal incident in the area of Baker Lane and Peckham Lane. 

The accident took place at about 2:00 p.m. on Jasper Lane in Reno. 

The Reno Fire Department said that a worker performing a tree-removal operation was electrocuted. It took rescue crews about 45 minutes to recover the worker’s body.

Reno Police, Reno Fire, REMSA, and NV Energy all responded.

Investigators are working to uncover the cause of the accident.
