Carson City, NV (September 15, 2022) – Around 5 p.m. on the evening of Tuesday, September 13, a rollover crash with injuries took place in Carson City.
According to Carson City officials, the accident happened at the intersection of South Carson Street and Overland Street. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time and collided with each other. This caused one of the vehicles to overturn, which led to extensive damage.
Paramedics, fire crews, and several other local responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more parties sustained injuries but they were not serious in nature. The parties were treated and are expected to be okay.
A large portion of the intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time as police worked to clear the scene.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues at this time. Police will update with more information as it is available.
Our thoughts go out to the parties who have been hurt in this accident with hopes of a full recovery.
