Carson City, NV (October 28, 2020) – Around 1 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, October 28, a two-vehicle crash took place at an intersection in Carson City.
According to Carson City officials and the Nevada Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when two vehicles collided at the intersection of College Parkway and Research Way. Police confirmed that one vehicle struck the other in the rear at the intersection, leading to extensive damages.
Paramedics immediately responded to the scene of the crash to help those in need. Two people were immediately transported to the hospital for treatment of various injuries. The extent of their injuries is not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation into the accident continues.
