Reno, NV (July 21, 2022) – Around 2:43 p.m. on the afternoon of Thursday, July 21, injuries were reported in a car accident that happened in Reno.
According to Reno Police Department officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Mount Rose Highway and Timberline Drive. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles collided, which caused extensive damage in all.
Several local Reno responders, including fire crews and paramedics, were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more parties were hurt as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their identities and conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time. Police worked to clear the scene as quickly as possible.
